From a young age, movement has been an absolute priority for me - from the usual dance class and athletics to making obstacle courses and jumping across hay bales at my family farm, I was naturally drawn to a career in fitness.

Immediately after finishing year 12, I moved to Geelong and began my studies, and became a qualified Personal Trainer in 2013.

Over my time as a PT, I have had some fantastic opportunities, mentors, and clients which have allowed me to build up a plethora of knowledge, and after trialing and testing many facets of the industry, I’ve merged my favorite elements into what feels like a balanced, well-rounded and whole way of training.

I have a passion for combining the conventional and fundamental with unconventional and explorative. I love finding new ways to incorporate our base movements with exciting new challenges.

A large goal for each of my clients is to instill long-lasting healthy habits in order to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I will always deliver variety throughout your week, which is why you’ll never see me plan the same session twice and my clients will often receive new training concepts.

I truly believe that combining all facets of training and movement is what keeps our bodies’ feeling healthy and hope that you will come to experience that for yourself.

 

Tayla

Tayla’s passion for health and fitness stems from a long history with dance as both a student and teacher.

After moving to Geelong from Mount Gambier, Tayla studied her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, expanding her knowledge on a wide range of aspects for the health and fitness industry.
With her background in dancing, Tayla appreciates the balance between building strength throughout the body, ensuring a focus on technique, and also the importance of having the freedom to move throughout the body.

Tayla’s bright and encouraging attitude is infectious and uplifting to anyone around her.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, Tayla is able to confidently identify your requirements and will work closely with you to develop and successfully achieve your exercise goals. Tayla will challenge and support you throughout your fitness journey, encouraging you every step of the way!

Ella

 
 

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a love and interest in health and fitness.
From a young age I found my joy in fitness through team sports, and from there have only grown
a stronger passion for not only fitness, but health and well-being as a whole.

My love for movement and health has inspired me to learn as much as I can about fitness and how our bodies work. This has pushed me to begin developing a career in the industry. I’m so excited and grateful to be doing my school-based traineeship with Beyond Base for 2022, while studying my Certificate III in Fitness.

Over the recent years and facing many challenges myself, I began to really focus on my
personal fitness, and I found being active was the one thing that gets me through every day.

I love to run on a regular basis as well as going to the gym and try different styles of training. Being exposed to the vast variety of training styles is where my love and passion
for this industry is growing significantly. I have realised how lucky I am to be able to find such joy in movement and getting stronger and now I cannot wait to share and encourage the
same for others.
